| Pet Policy -
The
Garden and Sea Inn does allow pets. Out of consideration of other
guests, pets must be quiet in the room and on a leash when
outside. And pets are not allowed in or on the beds. Please provide a
cell phone number if your pet is left alone in the
room. Guests are required to pick up behind their pets. We provide bags and disposal bins.
House Policies
- We
require a one night deposit by check or credit card to secure
your reservation. A higher deposit may be required during special
events or for a stay longer than a week.
- We
accept cash (3% discount), checks, most credit cards and
several gift certificates, especially those from
Bed&Breakfast.com.
- Gift certificates are available, even online on this website. We also sell Bed&Breakfast.com gift certificates.
- Room rates include a fully prepared hearty breakfast and afternoon refreshments.
- Smoking is not permitted in any building. We provide ashtrays on our porches.
- Check
-In is available beginning at 3:00 p.m. Check-Out is 11:00 a.m. We
appreciate notification if you will be arriving later than 8:00 p.m
- Fireplaces are operational October - May, depending on the weather.
- The pool is open May - October, also depending on the weather.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES - Our rates are based on 2 adults per room. There
is an additional $15.00 fee per night when a second bed is required or for any additional
breakfast.
- There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
- We
are proud to provide smoke free accommodation. If smoking in the
room is suspected, you will be charged $250 for the cleaning of all
upholstery, carpeting, and draperies.
Cancellation Policy All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. A full refund of the deposit, less this fee, will be
made if cancellation notice is received at least 10 days prior to
arrival.
If
we receive a cancellation or a change of the reservation dates less
than
10 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date, we will make every
effort to resell the rooms to another party. The guest
is responsible for the nights we are unable to resell.
